For the first time I was able to check out the Dallas Arboretum in the Fall. Amazing! I have never seen so many pumpkins in one place. The only bummer was the fact it was a bright sunny day (to many harsh shadows!)
Who would of thought you could get four handsome boys to take pictures on a Sunday when the Cowboys were playing? Of course we had some score checking going on not to mention some coconut hunting! Big thanks to the Vaughn family for hiking out to Las Colinas for my experimental family photo shoot!
Allie turned six this past weekend! Her request was "fairy mushroom" cupcakes. So with a little pixie dust Tinker Bell came to the rescue. I got the easy part of making the cupcakes, while her mom hopefully survived a night with 12 girls!
I was very lucky to head out to Camp John Marc for Our Children's House annual Family Retreat! Here are just a few shots of the camp (no people shots.) Twenty Two families came and all told I took 1200 pictures. I am now in the process of making a DVD slideshow and CDs for all the families. Truly a wonderful experience.
Off to the golf course we went with three preppy children! Launa, Luke, and Allie had a blast taking these photos for Grandma. They may not play golf well, but they sure do look good!
Well, I spent all of last night trying to make my first cake out of fondant! I am so not ready for the Food Network Channel. But here is my attempt for Liz's baby shower. I think I will stick to cupcakes!
As Ella's big dog brother looked on with great concern, I managed to capture Ella in some great moments at one month of age. Thanks so much Allison for indulging me!
